St. Stephen's Episcopal School Reviews
Quality Score: 5 Post Date:2009-04-09
“I currently have two children attending Saint Stephens, and they have been enrolled for six years. I can say unequivocally that this is the best private school I have found. I attended five of the most prestigious private schools in Florida during my youth, and my children were enrolled in private schools in Tampa prior to my relocation to Bradenton. My children are exact opposites; one is academically gifted, and the other is more athletically inclined. Saint Stephens is the perfect fit for both. I have watched my children grow intellectually and socially, and Saint Stephens has found the perfect balance with its emphasis on academics and character. I am a perfectionist, and this school has met or exceeded my expectations. I give it the highest recommendation and encourage you to visit the school. Both you and your children will not be disappointed.” This review was posted by a parent.

“The parent involvement is tremendous. We have 3 kids at St Stephen's and they all love it and fit right in. They are definitely being challenged, but the teachers are always open to help. Our 10th Grader chose it over Manatee high, despite the lack of a drum line, and he hasn't regretted it.” This review was posted by a parent.

“If your child is a bright, traditional learner, St. Stephen's is the best school in town. No other will expect your child to excel as this school will. However, if your child is 'outside the box,' the pressure and pace can be overwhelming.” This review was posted by a parent.

“Very good school. The students need to pay very close attention to the teacher at all times. If there is any attention or speech problem, they do not deal well with that situation. They would rarther have the `gifted` kids.” This review was posted by a parent.
